Author & Speaker

As an Author and Speaker, Valerie L. Boone shares and teaches others how to have a life filled with the Holy Spirit in everything.  Valerie is a native of Baltimore, Maryland.  She is the mother of two sons and a grandmother of one.  Through her own personal experience she understands the challenges of losing a son to senseless violence in urban communities that are taking the lives of so many men and women. 

In 2015, she founded Boone Enterprises LLC and in 2020 the Qonta Waddell Foundation, Inc. to provide families with programs and resources to meet their physical, social and spiritual needs.

Through her books and speaking events,  Valerie is helping individual families and communities heal and grow from incidents of grief and pain.
